Flex those biceps...

One of the strength training required to obtain a good form is to strengthen the biceps. Biceps must be proportional to the width of the chest, and should be equally toned. Benchpress works your chest, but you must not ignore your arms in the process.

Let's start with the Abs.

The abs is the hardest to work on in the part of the body. Most of us had great abs when we were 18 or 19 - - or maybe even up till you were 25! But, as you know, as we get older, and become 'responsible' by getting a desk job - we slowly become sedentary. Not much movement, no excercise. The result? A slowly-appearing 'love handles'. Then, we get invited to happy hours after work, and staying up till dawn drinking your favourite pale ale. Sooner or later, not only did your sides widen, your abs becomes THE BELLY. Wouldn't it be nice if we can keep our bodies as toned as they were when we were younger? Well, these pictures should give you the inspiration.
