Our Ultimate 'Fizeekd' of the Month - Andrew Wolfe

Filipino model born in England, Andrew Wolfe (Wolff) received offers to model while vacationing in the Philippines by the country's top model agents for men's apparel.

He has become a celebrity overnight. He has commercial endorsements and appears on local TV shows. Top endorsers are 'BENCH' (Top Asian Clothing Line) , Icon Magazine, and King Size.

He stands 6'2" - - boxing and working out are his hobbies. He would like to break into acting someday.

As shown on the previous post, there are certain rules. Muscular, lean and fit body is not enough. Dressing up takes work and skill - specially for men. There are protocols. Like everything else, time and place plays a role. One well dressed model is Bobby Boyd. In his clothes or out of them, he is a model to behold.

The first-ever Tom Ford store at Madison Avenue and 70th Street, set to open Thursday, is a sprawling, two-story, 10,000-square-foot uber-bachelor pad and the flagship for his new collection of men's clothing, a collaboration with Ermenegildo Zegna (even if only Ford's name appears on it.). Early this afternoon, Ford, dressed in a three-piece suit and pocket square, gave a private tour to select reporters. Cathy Horyn and Eric Wilson from the Times were both there; so was Time Style & Design editor Kate Betts, a former Harper's Bazaar chief. The place is quintessential Ford, dripping with sex. There are beaver rugs throughout — wink, wink — and a giant metalwork sculpture in the foyer that's also very beaverlike. The place is designed to look like and feel like a fancy residence — there are butlers and housekeepers (dressed in traditional uniform) who circulate. There's a hidden elevator with upholstered walls, fireplaces, a bar and, you guessed it, smoking jackets. Except Ford calls them dressing gowns. Keeping Fit and Healthy - - Great resource!!

Hello readers! Keeping fit sometimes feel like a chore. However, if you get it into your routine, it can be like brushing your teeth - can't consider the day complete unless you've brushed your teeth right? Similarly, working out could have the exact effect if you learn to manage your time and get it into your schedule.

One must-do is to get the proper sleep and proper diet in place. Eating snacks or meals after 7:30 p.m. will make your body feel lethargic the next morning. So, if you desire to get up at 5:00 a.m. in the morning for a workout, eating at night will assist in your failure. Why? Thinking of it logically without any scientific back-up, your body will feel tired in the morning just because it was working all night trying to digest the food intake you had the night before.

I had a visitor on this site with a great site. The blog consists of fitness advice for every part of your body. The blog is called healthandfitness-secrets.com/blog.


I found his blog to be very informative and a great way for regular individuals to understand since he uses plain english and none of that 'gym rat' jargon that other sites have. If you're serious about getting fit - - I recommend that you visit his site.

It's finally getting warmer here on the east coast - - time to get your blood pumping. To get started, make sure you do at least 20 minutes of workout a day - - a simple jog around the block, or a walk in the park would do just fine.

Rugby League players from Australia and New Zealand appear in a nude calendar launched at Aussie Stadium in Sydney on September 27, with a proportion of the proceeds going to Australia’s National Breast Cancer Foundation.

The calendar, shot by photographer Pedro Virgil, features Paul Whatuira (West Tigers), Brent Webb (Auckland Warriors), Johnathan Thurston (Nth Qld Cowboys), Justin Hodges (Brisbane Broncos), Ben Ross (Cronulla Sharks), Amos Roberts (Sydney Roosters), Ashley Harrison (Sydney Roosters), Riley Brown (Newcastle Knights), Nick Youngquest (Penrith Panthers), Stuart Webb (Sydney Roosters), Greg Bird (Cronulla Sharks), Michael Witt (Manly Sea Eagles), Liam Fulton (West Tigers).










Michael Witt (born in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia on January 1, 1984) is a rugby league player from the New Zealand Warriors and is one of the rising stars of the National Rugby League competition. One of the sport's most accomplished goalkickers, his position is either halfback or five-eighth and his down-to-earth attitude, dedication, natural talent and ability have won him many fans, as well as his boy next door good looks which have made him one of the NRL's pin-up players, having appeared in various rugby league charity calendars and women's magazines.

Liam Mark Fulton (born August 8, 1984 in Westmead, New South Wales) is an Australian rugby league player for the Wests Tigers in the National Rugby League competition. His position of choice is at Lock. He attended Westfield Sports High School and captained the SG Ball team to victory in the Grand Final in 2002 whilst playing for the Western Suburbs Magpies. He again tasted Grand Final success in 2005 when the Wests Tigers defeated the North Queensland Cowboys to win the club's first NRL premiership. However this early success in his career has been tempered with a serious shoulder injury in the opening game of the 2006 season, which ruled out the lightweight backrower from playing for the whole year. Whilst in his first year of the Top grade 2003 was rumoured to dating swim star Jodie Henry.

In late 2005, Liam was one of 12 of the hottest players in the NRL that posed for the League Of Their Own 2006 calendar that was produced in the style of the famous Dieux du Stade calendars and DVD to raise money for the Koori Kids foundation.

In 2006, Liam also appeared in the Naked Rugby League 2007-08 charity calendar, with its sales to benefit the National Breast Cancer Foundation of Australia.Liam is also one of the NRL's most colourful characters with his boyish and cheeky nature, often playing pranks on his fellow teammates or on various media personalities.

Look Better Naked - - Workout!

I was in Center City in Philadephia having 'green tea' with friends and I found a flyer that made me look twice. It had a headline that said, "Look Better Naked!". I looked at the flyer and found all sorts of information that I thought would be of interest to my readers. So I thought I'd share it with you.

3 Things You Can do to GUARANTEE Fat Loss!

Many people struggle everyday to lose fat, and they get incredibly frustrated when they don't see results. If Fat Loss is your goal, there are some things that you MUST do in order to reach your ultimate goal. The following 3 strategies will get you started on your way to a better you!

1. Eat Breakfast

Eating Breakfast FIRST thing in the morning gets your metabolism started. If you skip breakfast, it just forces your body to break down vital muscle tissues and suppresses your metabolism. When you eat breakfast, it sends a signal to your body that it can wake up and start burning fat!


2. Lift Weights

I know, I know, a lot of you are saying that lifting weights will make you "big and bulky." Well I have news for you, it won't! Lifting weights helps add lean muscle mass to your frame. What most people thing of as "big and bulky," is just someone that has too much fat. Muscle tissue increases your metabolism. For about every 5 poundss of muscle you gain, you increase your metabolism by about 250 calories / day. That's like doing 30 minutes on the elliptical without even getting off your couch!


3. Cut back on sugar and alcohol!

Both sugar and alcohol cause your body to release lots of insulin. Insulin is you body's storage of hormone. When insulin levels are really high, it causees your body to STOP burning fat and start STORING it! That's BAD NEWS if you're goal is to lose fat!!! By simply cutting bacck or avcoiding sugar and alcohol, you can keep this from happening altogether!


That's it! These 3 strategies will get you on your way toward a new you!! It may seem a little simplistic at this point, but give these a try and I'll guarantee you'll see a difference in your results!

Quick Exercise Tips

1. Drink plenty of water.

2. East 5-6 small meals each day.

3. Do your cardio AFTER your lift, to maximize fat burning.

4. Get at least 20-30 minutes of exercise every day.

5. Eat your vegetables.

Boys will be boys! Football funnies

You can put a man on the moon, leave him on a deserted island, have him work in the city, or just let him play at the park. Boys will be boys. They will play no matter what. And sometimes, playing makes them more loveable - - knowing that there really isn't that testosterone-filled persona inside them but rather, a playful child waiting to burst!

When I hear the word Channing - - I see a blonde old lady - - don't you? Now I see a different Channing when I hear, Channing Tatum. He gives the word 'channing' a different meaning. And the meaning is awesome! Let's review:

Channing Tatum was born on April 26th, 1980, in Tampa, Florida. Channing spent his early years playing sports and was offered a football scholarship to Glenville State College in West Virginia. He turned down the scholarship and returned home. Tatum worked in construction, retail, and finance before landing a job in the modeling industry. He was quickly signed to a modeling agency and modeled for Abercrombie & Fitch and was featured in the famous Mountain Dew television commercial. Tatum started his acting career in the Ricky Martin video She Bangs and is now a leading man on the big screen.

As you can see from his photos, he has the versatility to transform from one look to another.
