However, if you get it into your routine, it can be like brushing your teeth - can't consider the day complete unless you've brushed your teeth right? One must-do is to get the proper sleep and proper diet in place. Eating snacks or meals after 7:30 p.m. will make your body feel lethargic the next morning. So, if you desire to get up at 5:00 a.m. in the morning for a workout, eating at night will assist in your failure. Why? Thinking of it logically without any scientific back-up, your body will feel tired in the morning just because it was working all night trying to digest the food intake you had the night before.
