When you want to say thanks.

Oh I forgot to tell you. While I was at the family reunion, my nephew liked my Nissan Murano so much that he offered to wash it. Not only that - he even wanted to change the oil when I told him that I haven't changed my oil since March. I thought, hmmm - why is he doing all of these for me?

I helped him wash my car, I vaccumed the interior, I wiped the leather seats with the leather protector and used Armor All to polish the dashboard. He washed the exterior, and waxed it afterwards. He even used Tire-Shine to give my car the fresh-from-the-dealer look. I was really thankful but I didn't think about giving him anything for his efforts while I feasted on the Maryland Blue Crabs and all the food laid out on the table.

On my way home, I felt guilty that I didn't even give him anything. Maybe a little cash would have done it but I just totally spaced out. Then, I remembered. He was so proud of the poker set and table top that he had but we didn't have the proper place to play the game. We just played at his dining table. DING!!! That's what I will get him I thought. I will get him a poker table with matching poker chairs from a online website for Poker Supplies. I think that would be the best gift to give him since his birthday is coming up anyway. Just to show him that I appreciated what he did for me. He could have been relaxing with us but instead he opted to clean my car. He definitely deserves it.

I guess I will be shopping for poker chairs this weekend!

Weekend Hunks and Jocks

Sorry guys, it's been a while since I posted last. I have been very busy with school work these past few weeks. But no worries, I continue to collect the best ones for you all. Hope everyone is having a great weekend! Cheers!

TV Trivia - My Game

I don't particularly like computer games like World of Warcraft or Diablo. I have tried playing these games before but I just can't get the hang of it (or maybe I'm nust not a computer game type of guy). One thing that I enjoy though is playing games like Jeopardy or tv trivia!

If I have to play a game, I want it to be a fun thing to do. I think all day long already and when I get home, I want to relax and answering tv trivia questions give me that type of relaxation. The funny thing is, tv trivia online has a game room dedicated for popular tv shows! It's fun. I love watching tv and trying to remember the shows or the characters of the shows that I used to watch is quite entertaining.

Just try this question, "What U.S. city did the 'Golden Girls' retirees reside?" I'm sure 95% of you people know the answer to that! So, if you like answering questions like that - - visit tv trivia online and enjoy!

Griffin + Cho = Gay Nirvana

How do you ensure that gay audiences will flock en masse to a new comedy about two drag queens trying to save their nightclub from evil real estate developers?

Well, if you're the makers of the upcoming Dixie's, you load your cast with gay men's favorite divas.Margaret Cho

The film, slotted for release in fall 2008, will feature comedy goddesses Kathy Griffin and Margaret Cho in supporting roles, which is sort of the equivalent of casting Robert De Niro and Al Pacino in the same movie.

Add to that mix supermodel vamp Janice Dickinson - as well as Andy Dick playing "Penelope" - and queer moviegoers just won' be able to stay away.

Schedule permitting, look for Dixie's to hit the gay film festival circuit next summer before opening in theaters.

Now - the Celebrity Post. Of course, I have to be naughty.

I was browsing the internet the other day. I wasn't sure what brought me to it but I read the intitials VPL. It sounded interesting to me not knowing what it was. They just seemed to associate it with sexiness and a lot of other naughty things. I decided to check it out and guess what I found?!!! Whoah! I didn't know that's what it meant?! So to help you, my readers - understand - here are the pics. It would just make it simpler so I don't have to explain.

Almost Friday!! Have a great weekend guys!

Just click on the strip images to enlarge. Believe me, you would want to enlarge it.. :D

Texas Hold'em.. what is it without the chips?

Oh I forgot to tell you. While I was at the family reunion, my nephew liked my Nissan Murano so much that he offered to wash it. Not only that - he even wanted to change the oil when I told him that I haven’t changed my oil since March. I thought, hmmm - why is he doing all of these for me?

I will get him a poker table with matching poker chairs, complete with poker chips. I think that would be the best give to give him since his birthday is coming up anyway. Just to show him that I appreciated what he did for me. He could have been relaxing with us but instead he opted to clean my car.

I guess I will be shopping for poker chairs & poker chips this weekend!

Wow, I'm becoming a sports buff!

I have never been a sports guy. I like baseball. I like basketball - but you will never see me participate. If ever I get an interest in playing any type of sport, I would probably choose soccer.
Now that David Beckham is in California - I hope the craze catches on here in the U.S. Why do I say that? When have you ever seen us huddled in a bar to watch soccer let alone own soccer goals and have them in the backyard. In Asia and Europe, soccer is big! It would be nice to get some interest in this country for a sport that I have always wanted to play.

Why? I have watched a game while I was in Italy back in 1999. You can feel the excitement, the competition. I have never been excited like that in my life! Maybe it was the 'grapa' but hey, who's watching. ;) After that, I try to catch a glimpse of the game once in a while and let me tell you - it is exciting as it looks. Of course, there - they call it football.

It gets better during the World Cup! Oh wow! According to Wikipedia: "The FIFA World Cup, sometimes called the Football World Cup or the Soccer World Cup, but usually referred to simply as the World Cup, is an international football competition contested by the men's national football teams of the member nations of Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), the sport's global governing body. The championship has been awarded every four years since the first tournament in 1930, except in 1942 and 1946, due to World War II.

The tournament's final phase, often called the World Cup Finals, is the most widely-viewed sporting event in the world, with an estimated 715.1 million people watching the 2006 tournament final. The current format of the Finals involves thirty-two national teams competing at venues within the host nation (or nations) over a period of about a month. To determine the participating teams, qualifying rounds take place over the three years preceding the Finals."

That is way awesome and I think I will start to get people to play. Get down and dirty! ;)
