I've been doing great lately - trying to keep up with going to the gym, going to school and working at the same time. Getting up at 5:30 a.m. to go to the gym sucks until I get there. Once I'm there - I'm pumped and ready to conquer the world. It actually makes me feel more energetic throughout the day and I could definitely feel the difference when and if I don't work out. I feel sluggish and sleepy all day.
I just hope I can keep up until summer folks. I still have about 10 pounds I want to lose. All in all, it has been a great start of 2008!
