Yeah yeah! I know each of us has a different build. Some are born with it, some have to work on it. I am one of the ones who have to work on it. Those lucky bastards that go to the gym three times a week for a "30 minute lift" makes me sick. :D Seriously though, what does it really take? Proper diet is one but how does one get into a proper diet when you're soooo busy with life in general? Will I have to eat chicken breasts all my life?! Come on!
