Milan, Italy is one cool place bros!

Alright, granted I only had a couple of days to see Milan but I must say - "It's a rockin' place dudes!" The food was magnificent, the sights, the scenes and the people were simply amazing! I don't understand how people in Italy stay so lean with all the food that they eat! I think it's because they take their time when they have dinner. They are not like us Americans who is rushing to finish anything including eating dinner. Dinners I had there lasted from three to four hours! It was enjoyable too!

I took the train to visit Como and took a boat ride on Lake Como and that was well worth it. The houses by the mountains were spectacular. I wonder how much they cost now! Anyway, glad to be back and hopefully everyone had a great weekend. Still jetlagged from the flight so I will be working (wink wink) from home today.

Folks - if you wear eyeglasses, you should check this out.

I have seen the name Zenni Optical on all the blogs that I visit. They advertise designer prescription eyewear for eight bucks. I thought, there's gotta be a catch. So I checked out the site and I was actually surprised to find that their advertising is for real with no catch. If you check it out, Incredible Stylish New Frames From Zenni are worth the price. Imagine Zenni Optical $ 8 Rx Eyeglasses and we're talking prescription eyeglasses here. I've paid as much as 400 dollars for eyewear before (that's when I used to wear them. I got lasik done).

Even further, Zenni Optical was on FOX news! This just means that the company is noticeable because of their precise advertising. When they say eight bucks, they mean eight bucks! So if you get a chance, check it out!

One full day of fun in Milan - - then back to the US

Hey bros! What's going on?! Thanks for continuing to flock my blog even though I had been away for several days. I didn't think I was going to be able to blog while here in Milan, Italy but I couldn't resist. I am almost tempted to ask, "Do you come here just for the pictures or do you want to know what I'm doing as well?" But I don't really care. I'm just glad you guys keep coming back! :D

This week was Fashion Week here in Milan and many hotels are filled with models like you would not believe. I was almost afraid to go in because they might devour me (literally!) ;) Just kidding. They are just too skinny for me. It doesn't really do anything for me.. I want a little bit of meat and a lot of muscle! HA!

Anyway - had a run in with a celebrity at the hotel. It's Solange Knowles! Yup - got to have my pic taken with her as well. Awesome huh?!

Project is complete and I'm heading home on Sunday. I just want to wish everyone a very nice weekend! Enjoy!!

I'll be away for a week. Enjoy bros!

I am going on hiatus for a week. I have business travels to attend to and needless to say, I will be bogged down with work while I'm away. I may not be able to post until I get back on the 28th. Keep working out guys. Simple secret: Just keep moving. Don't stay sedentary. It's the secret to keeping fit. Even small push ups of 10 or 20 could do you a lot of good. Morning walks are specially healthy.

I'm going to miss my training with Josh for a week. That's a bummer. I did promise to do cardio while I'm away so I wouldn't suffer with him when I get back. You know how it is on business trips. I swore not to pig out.

Have a great weekend and a great week next week brothas!

Solution to boredom...

This is probably the time that I hate the most. The transition between Summer and Fall. You know how it is. It starts to get dark earlier, the wind is starting to become crisp, and the air has some kind of gloom. This time can get pretty depressing and boring for me. Through the years, I've found ways to circumvent boredom and depression during this time. I love being online, blogging, playing Online Poker, or simply blog hopping.

What better way to spend these gloomy nights huh? When I'm online, I go to another world. I don't seem to care if it's sunny outside, or gloomy for that matter. I can enjoy playing online poker and be content. If you'd like to check out poker sites, try and visit a site that provides you information about the available online poker sites before you bet your money into it. You must do this or else, you might get ripped off.

Online Poker Tutor is an instructional guide to playing poker online. They offer ratings of some of the best poker room websites including Full Tilt Poker, Titan Poker, Pokerstars and many more. If you are looking for safe online poker rooms to play Texas holdem or Omaha poker then try visiting www.onlinepokertutor.com

You will not believe what happened to me last night..

I had a great workout - as usual. Josh and I decided to train the upper body this time. Less on cardio and more on lifting. He killed me and I loved it. After our workout, I went home - took a shower and ready to relax when I got a phone call from a buddy of mine. He needed a ride from the airport to his house so I told him that I'd pick him up. In a rush, I left taking the wrong set of keys. I got home around midnight only to realize that I had the wrong keys. I couldn't get into the house, I had not left any windows open. Only choice? Locksmith. I called around 12:30 a.m. - - guess what time he showed up? 2:00 a.m.!!! By the time he wrote up the paper work and unlocked my door - it was 2:30 a.m. I had no sleep last night.

Moral of the story? Keep extra sets of keys in your car, outside your house, give a copy to a neighbor or friend you trust. You'll never know when you'll get locked out! A buck fifty and nos sleep is no small fee for unlocking your door! It sucked!
