New Year's Resolution? I'm still on it!

Howdy folks? Yes sireee bob!! I'm still on a roll. I am blogging regularly now and I have also kept my promise to myself when 2011 came. I promised myself to keep my workout routine and lose weight in the process.

I have been working out since December 2010, way ahead of the "New Year's Resolution" phase, just so that I can say that my workout routine was not developed because I made a New Year's resolution. It is something that I decided early on so I can continue when everyone else that made their resolutions starts dropping off from the gym.

It's nice to know Jake Gyllenhaal takes the train like regular people.. :)

I saw this image on one of my favorite blogs and I really couldn't verify if it was indeed Jake Gyllenhaal. He does look a lot like Jake if he isn't the real one. And if he isn't the real one, I would still like to meet him.. :)

I love Jake Gyllenhaal. I recently saw Love & Other Drugs and I thought he was so hot!! Well, it didn't hurt to see him naked a lot as well during the film... his body is rockin'!!

Brazilian model Bernardo Velasco - Sizzling Hot!

I must have been hiding a rock somewhere to not have noticed Brazilian model, Bernardo Velasco. I usually am pretty good at spotting beautiful guys with maximum male beauty so I apologize. I have been hiding under a rock!

Anyway, the features of this guy is impeccable. Not only does he sport a gorgeous smile, he's got the magnetic personality that one cannot ignore.

I have been away from blogging for a while (again!) just because I've been busy with a lot of stuff. I am trying to get back into school again and I will probably just take online courses in order to finish by early next year. I only have 10 classes to take and I should be done!!

Done.. done.. done!!!

I just want to walk on the aisle with my graduation gown on. That would be the ultimate experience for me.

In the meantime, as I head back to burying my face in my books - - enjoy Bernardo Velasco!

Still on the road to fitness after two weeks? I hope so.

You haven't dropped off the gym roster just yet have you? You are still showing up with gusto and doing your "promised cardio workouts", three times a week right?

We all have our ups and downs when it comes to working out. The very secret that I discover is simply to get myself all psyched up to go to the gym. It actually helps a lot because now, I actually get excited when I go to the gym. And when you start seeing results (i.e. losing weight, getting muscle mass), you get more excited to go the next time.

There are ways to get excited and lots of ways to improve your performance at the gym. I follow a fitness trainer on Youtube and so far, all the workout routines that I follow are based on his training tips. You can find online fitness sites that offer free fitness programs and routines that would help you get back into shape.

Just remember, it takes at least two weeks of steady workout before you see results. Don't give up to easily. Once you see the first few pounds drop, believe me - you'll be encouraged to go back for more.

I've been going to the gym steadily since December and have followed through. Now, I am more excited than anything to press on.

We all need a little help sometimes. :)

I know. We all want to look perfect. We want to obtain that Maximum Male Beauty look and we work hard, we work out and eat well to look and feel our best. It's no longer an option, it is a lifestyle.

Happy New Year Folks! It's time to start blogging again!! Better yet, it's time to get back into shape!

What's up guys?! It's 2011!! Resolutions made, party's over - it's time for the real work to start. I have vowed to regularly update my blog and provide you all my progress. I have decided to go back to the gym in full swing this year and I intend to update you all on how I am doing.

The future looks bright and we have a lot of work to do. If you're a starter, a better way to get back into shaping up is signing up for If you have an iPhone, much better. There's an app Scott Herman created where you can view workout routines on video on demand on your iPhone. If you want to work on a specific muscle on your body, it's tailored to concentrate on specific muscle groups.

I did the bicep destruction last week and I am still sore. It's a great tool for beginners and experts alike. Join his facebook page as well - you will get tips and tricks from fellow Hermanites that will help you get back into shape. Besides - it's inspiring to know that there are people out there trying to get back into shape like you do.
