Do you consider yourself a success? What would it take for you to call yourself a success?

When thinking about success, are you thinking about the money you have? Do you think having a wonderful home, a nice luxury car and a family makes you successful? Or do you simply say that you have all that you need and regardless of material possessions, you are still a success?

I have a hard time when people say that they don't have enough money in the bank or that they don't own a home to call themselves a success. I think for me, it really depends on how you look at it.

I don't have a huge home, and I don't own a luxury car. I haven't met my life partner yet. But that doesn't mean I don't consider myself successful.

I have a job that pays well (which I am lucky to have given that I am still working on my college degree), I own a small home and my car is paid off. I can buy anything that I need (not want) and I can travel to places that I'd like to visit. I am healthy and I believe that someday, I will find that life partner (are you out there?) which will make my success even sweeter.

Men in Uniforms - Which uniform appeals best to you?

So, these men look good without their shirts on. But what else defines sexy to you? What do you consider in a man to make them look sexy? I think that men in uniforms make the cut for me. And I'm not talking about firemen uniforms or police uniforms. Those are passe for me.

How about men in nursing uniforms? The imagery of someone who is intellectual and can interact regardless of subject matter makes a man sexy for me. Medical degrees add a bit of that assumption for me.

You don't necessarily have to be a doctor to be sexy though. How about this? Did you know that cherokee medical uniforms can be hot? Couple that with cotton lab coats and you're set. It's how they carry it. You can put the best medical uniform on a man with the best physique but if the guy can't carry the tag, it's not going to work.

How about you? What would do it for you?

You love sports you say? Ha! I know why... LOL! (VIDEO)

I have loved jocks ever since high school... and to this day, there is some form of homo-eroticism in sports and that is probably why I enjoy watching Rugby.

Take a look at this video and get a laugh.

It's March and I'm still working out. This is good!

It's hard to keep up with working out and staying fit. It's not an easy thing to maintain and if you are not keeping up with your new year's resolution, you can still jump back and get motivated. Remember, to see results - you have to wait a couple of weeks. If you are trying to lose weight and have found that in one week, you haven't lost any weight - take heed. Don't give up. I can pretty much guarantee you that if you stay within your workout routine - be it a treadmill or elliptical machine to do your cardio - you are bound to lose weight in two weeks.

Like I said before, I started back at the gym in December because I don't want to get lost in the wave of people doing their resolutions at the beginning of the year, only to drop off mid-stream. That plan has worked out so far and I have lost 15 lbs of unwanted fat.
