It's definitely an effort to keep going to the gym regularly unless you make an effort to include it in your daily routine. If you prefer to go in the morning (which I think is the best time only if I can get up early enough! It could be something that you have to pick up after work or you have been invited out to dinner or drinks. In the morning, you just get up and get ready, warm-up and go.
Another factor that could hinder you from getting into a routine could be injury or pain. When we work out, there will be instances where we (not intentionally) will get injured. Either you moved the wrong way or lifted the wrong way. If you're in pain, you may not get back into your routine as well.

Luckily, I have not injured myself this summer. I have continued with my routine and have kept it up. Weight loss is still one that I have the worst battle with. But that will surely come in time. At least, I have kept up with the routine and that's all I need to do right now.
