Wrestler Paul Donahoe

Paul Donahoe was a very talented wrestler at University of Nebraska when scandal broke.  It was found that he had posed nude on gay porn websites and was dismissed by the University back in 2009.

He said that he is straight and obviously did the stint for money.

He said:

"Obviously, I did it for the money. We kept thinking no one would ever find out because it was a gay website and we really wanted that money. They left me a lot of messages, so I thought, 'What the heck?' People do worse for money, so... They were supposed to cover [the tattoo on his left thigh that says 'wrestling'] up but obviously they left it. Gay kids in Lincoln [Neb.] wrote, 'Hey, nice website. I saw you.' I wrote back, 'Don't tell anyone,' but with word of mouth, people found out. I believe it was unfair for Nebraska to dismiss me from the team. For one, there's plenty of athletes throughout the University of Nebraska who have had DUIs and who have been in fights and are still playing. But I guess that's OK. Posing nude, I guess, is worse than someone drinking and driving and risking someone's life, in their eyes."

The changes we need. Congratulations to all!

This week is going well for me.  With the re-election of President Barack Obama and the passing of Marriage Equality laws in Maryland, Maine, and Washington, I can say that we are well on our way.

The issues we face today are issues that are real and somehow, I don't think the other party has caught up with the times just yet.  It has been proven that the world is different than the ideologies that they try and promote.

It's a lesson for all of us.  We must move "FORWARD" in order to welcome progress and adapt to this ever-changing world.

Have a great weekend folks!

Top 25 Sexy Male Celebrities. Would you agree?

Each one of us have different views on what we like about men.  Some like them muscular, some like them slim.  Others like older men, while the rest likes younger men.

Whatever you look for in a man to call them goodlooking, it can be satisfied by the plethora of choices we have available to us today.

I for one, do not depend on looks alone.  I enjoy all shapes and sizes.  Yes, I go for muscular at times, but there are times that I find guys who have a bit of belly in them.  It all depends on what you're looking for right?

There were times that I found men attractive because they were goofy.  Sometimes, I found them attractive because they adore children and can relate to them.  And very rarely, I find men with strong convictions to their faith or have nothing but dedication to their family quite attractive.

So here are the Top 25 men I consider sexy in their own way.  You will notice that the range is wide.  That's how I am.  It's not all looks for me.  Looks can easily fade when they start talking.  You will find out what I mean.....when you meet them.

Brazilian Male Model - Felipe Martins

When it comes to male models, I can't help but admire the countless beauty of Brazilian male models.  Take for example, Felipe Martins  in this photo gallery.  Wouldn't you say that he is a gorgeous creature?   He is a bit skinny for my taste but his face exudes a freshness that is inviting and personal.

His smile could brighten up my day anytime.

I am planning my trip to Brazil next year for the fifth year in a row.  One can never get enough of Brazil.  Maybe I should work as a talent scout for male models.  It could be a perfect side line.  :)

My road to wellness.

I have adopted juicing for a month now.  So far, I lost 13 pounds and counting.  It's not that bad.  I thought that drinking vegetable juices would be awful but I have learned to like it.  The next step I have to do is to get back in the gym and start working out again.

I am taking small steps and I am hoping that in these little steps, I can be well on my way to becoming healthier and happier.

The one thing left that I am struggling with is quitting smoking.  I have turned do different methods in order to quit.  I tried cold turkey.  I tried smoking cessation medications.  I tried patches.  None of them have worked.

What has helped me reduce my smoking was the use of e-cigarrettes.  Some people say that it doesn't work but it works for me.  At least, to some degree, I have reduced my smoking from a pack a day to a half a pack a day.  I feel good about that.  It's a start.  And if I can go for months with it, maybe smoking will eventually be a thing of my past.

Becoming healthy is a conscious decision.  If you want to live a healthy lifestyle, you have to start now.  Little things you do in your life can mean a lot.

Holding on to summer. Yes, folks - Autumn officially begins today.

Yes folks.  Say goodbye to those flip flops, swimming trunks, barbecues, and hanging out at the park.  Today starts a new season - Autumn.

I love everything about this season except when it gets really cold.  Today isn't too bad.  The color changes of the leaves of trees around me and the mess of it falling all over the place.  But, all-in-all, it's really a wonderful season.  One that I celebrate because it's a change.  Any change is good.  Without the seasons, I don't know what I would do with myself.  It'll be nice to have summer-like weather all the time but who wants to put up with the heat and sweat and shirtless men all over the place? (uhhhhmmmm... well!)

Here's wishing you folks a great season and let's look forward to Thanksgiving. You know it's coming right?

Shared Responsibilities. Shared Opportunities. Bipartisan slogan. DNC - Who will you vote for this November?

I don't know about y'all.  I have been listening to both parties.  Republican and Democrats.  During the conventions which were held in the past two weeks, I listened to what they had to say.  I wanted to make the right choice.  I think after I heard both parties - I have made up my mind.  I am voting for President Barack Obama.  Why?  Here's why...

The points given by former President Bill Clinton couldn't have been any clearer.  The economy was in a downward spiral when President Obama took office.  He said that none of his predecessors including himself, could have fixed what President Obama found when he took office.

He also said that President Obama had to make his choices immediately after taking office.  His plans, although unpopular to many (including the bailout of GM) worked!  It stopped the economy from careening towards a depression.

Continued after the jump....
