It's a beautiful day in Philadelphia!

What motivates you to work out and look your best?  Does weather affect your mood? 

I am one of those people who starts moving when it gets warmer outside.  I love going to the parks, running, or even as simple as taking a walk with my two dogs.

I realized that the only thing that could help me keep the weight off is to keep moving.  It doesn't matter if I don't run on the treadmill for hours on end or I don't lift as much weights, if I keep moving, I'm already better off.

Do you want to lose weight?  Then, stop looking at these pictures and get off your butt!  :)
