Good bum is always a plus! :) Sexy Male Butts and Thighs.

I had a boss before who had the bubbliest butt in the world.   It helps as well that he was very cute.  Every time he passes by my office or walk by me, I can't help but turn around to check out his butt.. and I think he knew it too.

One thing that adds to a man's sexiness is the shape of their butts.  A guy could be muscular and cute but without the butt, they lose some points.  Thighs do count too.  Thunder thighs gives that special hotness.  No?

Olympian Henrik Rummel looked more than excited to get a medal...LOLz!

Olympic rower Henrik Rummel was in all of the blogs after the above photo was taken with his rowing team.

The big question was... was he or was he not?

He posted his response on his Reddit account stating otherwise.  My my my!
"This is me and I swear it's not erect! I don't know why it ended up in that position but there you go."

Apparently, that is very common in sports.  Here's another one.

Vacation in Montréal is almost over. Diversité weekend..

I fell in love with Montréal on my first visit here back in 2008. They were right when they said that Montréal is the hidden gem of North America.

I got to revisit the Basilica of Notre Dame, the Jean-Talon market (where there are lots of food varieties you can choose from) and took a long walk along St. Catherine street.

This weekend is Diversité weekend in Montreal and if you haven't experienced it, I suggest you plan it for next year. Or better yet, you may want to participate when they celebrate pride week in a couple of weeks.

You see, St. Catherine is a place where you can be as free as you want to be if you're gay. The people are very friendly and the environment is very relaxed. You can have a couple of cocktails at SKY (Tropical Sangria is highly recommended), or simply take a walk along the street to shop or have a cup of coffee and people-watch.

I am planning to come back here next year for their pride weekend. Join me next year! It will be a blast!

When you need help. It takes guts to admit it.

Athletes and celebrities in general are prone to abusing drugs or alcohol. The reason could vary and if they are not careful, they would end up like celebrities such as Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley, Amy Winehouse or athletes like basketball start Regie Lewis and Darrell Porter.

I remember when the Olympic Games were held in Atlanta. Many athletes who are linked to abuse could have availed services offered by Atlanta drug abuse rehab centers
. It's unfortunate how rampant drugs are in athletics and show business. It could be because the way they handle or not handle their celebrity status.

Atlanta Drug Rehab for drugs or alcohol could save lives if these individuals are willing to accept their addiction. Some of them get help early enough that they are able to overcome their substance abuse problem like Kelly Osbourne or Robert Downey, Jr. They are one of the lucky ones who were able to admit their problem, seek help and received treatment. They continue to be successful in their careers.

The first step is to have the courage to admit your problem and once you do, the second step is to seek help and want help.  If the first two steps are successful, chances for your recovery is higher than those who were forced to seek treatment.

If you believe you have a problem with alcohol or drugs, and seriously want to get help, take the first step.  The earlier you do, the better chances for you to have a successful recovery and living your life to its fullest.
